Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In the original packaging

• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

• Opened or used camphor products (for hygiene reasons)

• Products damaged due to misuse

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at mangaldharaindia@gmail.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
