At Mangaldhara, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Return Eligibility: Products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of our products (camphor), we cannot accept returns if the seal is broken or product is used.

Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately with photos. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is damaged or defective.
